1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions (“Competitions”) operated by Lights & More Ltd, trading as Lights & More Competitions (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By entering any of our Competitions, all entrants (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering.
2.3 We reserve the right to request age or identity verification at any time.
2.4 Employees of Lights & More Ltd or anyone involved in the administration of the Competitions may be excluded at our discretion.
3. How to Enter
3.1 All Competitions are hosted exclusively on Raffall.
3.2 Entries must be submitted via Raffall following the instructions on the relevant Competition page.
3.3 The Competition will end strictly on the date and time stated, regardless of the number of entries sold.
3.4 No responsibility is accepted for failed, incomplete or late entries.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 All winners are chosen at random by Raffall’s automated system.
4.2 Once the Competition has closed, the winner will be automatically selected by Raffall.
4.3 Winners will be contacted within one hour of the Competition ending using the contact details provided on Raffall.
5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes will be clearly described on each Competition listing.
5.2 Depending on the type of prize, the winner will either:
Receive the item delivered to their address; or
Receive the prize value via bank transfer (for cash prizes).
5.3 For our monthly cash prize draws, cash will be transferred within one hour of the Raffall Competition ending.
5.4 We will arrange delivery or collection details directly with each winner.
5.5 Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Winner Responsibilities
6.1 Once a winner receives their prize—whether physical or cash—they must confirm receipt on Raffall as required by the platform.
6.2 Failure to confirm receipt may delay the release of funds to the host (Lights & More Competitions).
6.3 Winners agree to provide a photo, video or testimonial confirming receipt of their prize if reasonably requested for marketing purposes (optional and not mandatory).
7. Liability
7.1 Lights & More Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that fail to register or technical issues on Raffall’s platform.
7.2 We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party couriers or banks.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts your statutory rights.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data provided during Competition entry will be processed by Raffall and Lights & More Ltd in accordance with GDPR regulations.
8.2 We will only use winner details for prize fulfilment and verification purposes unless additional consent is provided.
9. Amendments
9.1 Lights & More Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
9.2 Any changes will not affect existing entries to ongoing Competitions.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
